Precise Foundation and Construction is in piling contracting business established on 1st February 2020, founded by Mr. Moin Khan, having half a decade of experience in the field of civil engineering. The company has successfully executed projects like pile foundation for stabling yard buildings, shore piles work, and pile work for a major railway joining bridge.

M/s. Precise Foundation and Constructions, having its head office in Mumbai, is a well fresh organized and established construction company engaged in infrastructure projects emphasising the following areas: infrastructure work, transmission line work, creeks work, and other works.

The experience gained at site has resulted in constant quality improvement and technology upgradation of the work. Precise Foundation and Construction is fully licensed and insured, in addition to having all the necessary construction equipment and accessories — including XCMG XR220D Hydraulic Rig machines and Sany SR235 Hydraulic Rig — and experienced manpower. Our approach: take on and respond to our clients' problems as our own; earn trust through service, quality of finish, and commercial fairness; thereby generating repeated business.

Safety Management

The safety of personnel engaged in construction is ensured through a well planned and well organized mechanism. Depending on the size and complexity of a pile construction project, a safety committee is constituted to efficiently manage all safety-related affairs. The safety committee deals with all safety-related issues through a well-structured agenda; in meetings, all safety-related measures installed at the site are periodically reviewed.

Quality Control

Quality control of concrete piles is a challenging task. Our engineers and contractors rely on experience and well-established procedures and test standards to verify the strength and consistency of pile materials. Non-destructive testing helps reveal potential defects that might have happened during pile casting (cast-in-place piles), or during transportation and installation (pre-cast piles).
